About Me
My fitness journey started with my own training. I found the gym when I felt my lowest. I struggled with my mental health throughout my teenage years. One day, I discovered the gym. Training made me feel like myself again, and it quickly became a huge part of my life. Since overcoming my depression and anxiety, I decided I want to help others regain confidence and inner strength through weightlifting. I haven’t looked back since!
I am a level 3 qualified personal trainer with qualifications in mental health first aid and pre and post natal coaching. I have a huge passion for and specialise in helping women feel their most confident, strong selves through fitness.
